I’ve been coming here for over a year and Tait has been my hairdresser the whole time. Every appointment has been amazing. I’ve had several different colours and loved every single one! Everyone is so friendly and chatty, and it’s always such a lovely, relaxed experience. I genuinely look forward to my appointments.

Fantastic salon. Great atmosphere, lovely people and bloody brilliant at what they do. Even kept my little boy entertained while we waited for his dad to pick him up, really appreciated! Third time back with Hayley who is such a talented hairdresser….always leave with beautiful balayage and great cut. Highly recommend her do any colouring needs ❤️

Bex and her staff were amazing !! Totally transformed my hair. The staff were friendly and really knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and to advise me and guide me to a perfect cut and colour which was so much better than my expectations. I truly left feeling amazing.

This review is long overdue! I had my hair cut over Xmas by the lovely Kelly. Everytime I go to a hair salon, I never get what I want! I have long, fine and curly hair and had a very specific idea of what I wanted. Kelly clearly explained what would and wouldn’t work for my hair, and used her creative talents to give me a cut that I absolutely LOVED! I haven’t had a cut like this in years, I was so, so happy! So thank you Kelly, you’re fab! And I shall definitely be returning!

Wow! What a salon! I’ve recently moved to Bristol and was looking for a new salon that could match my previous hairdressers. Charisma is pardon the pun, ‘a cut above the rest’. Kelly smashed my hair on the appointment I had today and Tate and Becky on my previous visit. Every single stylist is excellent. Thank you so much for my beautiful colour and cut and for also instilling your hair knowledge onto me. They know what they’re doing and they know what they’re talking about. Not only skills and expertise but personable and friendly too. If you’re looking for a salon that knows their stuff then Charisma is your best bet!
